James is 30 years of age and has been practising kung fu since 1999. He trains at Cwmbran, Pontypool, Abertillery, and runs his own club at Risca on a monday night. He lives in Cwmbran and is an hairdresser by profession. James started doing kung fu for self defence reasons, he has also studied Thai boxing, and briefly studied Aikido Ninjitsu, & Jo-jitsu. He also spent 3 years studying Tai chi. James likes everything about kung fu although he says it has taken him a while to appreciate all the defence aspects of the art. James gets a lot of satisfaction from doing his job well, and likes spending time with his girl friend, his family and his friends. James ambition is to live a happy and contented life
