NEW CLASS STARTED TUESDAY 11th NOVEMBER...Swansea Metropolitan University...Children and Adults 7:00 - 8:00p.m.
Teachers - Kali-Jade Cross x3 British Champion and Jason Griffiths. Children(Age 5 upwards) and Adults.The first class went well with some new students attending and learning some good basic Kung Fu.


The Short Stick Course was attended by a number of Junior and Adult students. They learned basics with the Short-stick ...both attack and defence.
After a short break - The second half of the course, was devoted to learning the first part of the Sei Paang /Stick Form. All students furthered their knowledge with the weapon.


In January look out for beginners Staff Course - teaching Sup Lok Gwan Fah/Sixteen method staff.
